In 2009, our journey began with a vision inspired by CEO Morrice Ramani’s Persian background. The name Cyrus, derived from the history of Cyrus the Great, reflects our deep appreciation for heritage and craftsmanship. Morrice’s passion for construction was ignited by his Uncle in Vancouver, who taught him the trade and instilled in him a love for this field of work.
Today, Cyrus Construction & Renovations is lead by Morrice Ramani as CEO and Stephane McCabe as Vice-President. Together, they bring a wealth of experience, expertise, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Morrice, our fearless leader, has been in the renovation industry for over 15 years. He’s not just a skilled tradesman, but a true perfectionist at heart. Despite his role as President, Morrice still loves getting his hands dirty on the job site. His passion and dedication led him to open the company back in 2009, and he continues to bring that same drive to every project we take on.
Stephane is the rockstar who brings over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and renovation to our team. As our General Manager, he oversees all projects and ensures that clear and comprehensive communication is maintained with our valued clients. With his wealth of knowledge and expertise, Stephane keeps everything running smoothly from start to finish.
With more than 30 years of experience in business development and 3 years as a Construction Manager, Paul is a true asset to our team. Originally joining us as a Business Development Manager, Paul now takes charge as our Construction Manager. His extensive background and skills make him the perfect fit for overseeing the construction process and ensuring everything is executed flawlessly.
Dillon has been a valued member of our team for the past 6 years. As a skilled tradesman, he is passionate about the renovation and construction industry. Dillon’s attention to detail is unparalleled, and he takes great pride in going through all the project’s aspects to ensure nothing is missed. He serves as our dedicated Site Foreman, effectively communicating any concerns to the Project Manager.
Eric may be one of our newer team members, but he’s already making a big impact. Over the past 3 years, he has been honing his skills and gaining valuable experience under Dillon’s watchful eye. Eric’s passion for his work shines through in everything he does. As a machinery operator and welder, he brings a unique set of skills to the table, making him a valuable asset to our company.
Behind every successful team, there’s an efficient and organized administrative team, and Isabelle is at the helm. As our Admin Assistant, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing appointments to handling paperwork, Isabelle ensures that our operations are streamlined, allowing our on-site team to focus on what they do best—bringing your dream projects to life.
